V130 Courgette, 1-2

An entry in the class V050 Courgettes, or young squash x 3

If a sneaky slug has got the first nibble the judges won’t mind, and if you’ve grown more than one variety/type you can separately enter each of them.

You could use your courgettes to enter these classes:

  • M070 Chutney (fruit and/or vegetable), 1 jar
Here are some links you might find useful:
  • Italian-style courgette and parmesan soup
